I would take it, very carefully, out of the shrinkwrap to verify that it does, indeed, have King's signature. There have been instances (but not with this book so far) in which the signature is missing.

Take the book out of the shrinkwrap. Books are meant to be viewed and enjoyed. I don't see how a slit-open wrap adds any value to the book.

I've been reading this forum about WTTKH, I only knew about the signed book on Sunday before the books release, my girlfriend works for waterstones and told me they had signed ones but that it was preordered. I rang a few waterstones and they pointed me to hatchards I rang up and got one. I can't believe I actually got one so late. I haven't opened it yet I can't bring myself to do it. Haha I'm a book nerd

Open it!! Make sure there is a signature in there! Sometimes they screw up and omit the signature. It's fairly rare, but it does happen!

On UK issues, you must open to know the number.. my number is 75/200. The numbers make it interesting... What numbers do guys have? Anyone found #19 yet?
