Looks like SK has partnered with CD for a novella. The cost is $25 plus $7 shipping, it is NOT a limited edition, but it is a never before published work.

Here's the official Stepehen King site on the book
http://www.stephenking.com/promo/blockade_billy/

It is a pre-order....but SK's site says the book should be out by mid April. It also references CD as the only hardcover publisher; but says nothing about paperbacks (whether there will be any or who the publisher will be IF there are any)

Orders placed thru CD will get an authentic William "Blockade Billy" Blakely Baseball Card With Your Order

Looks like there will be a S/L edition further down the road published by CD's Lonely Road imprint:

Deluxe Signed Special Edition:
Lonely Road Books, the publisher of Dark Forces: The 25th Anniversary Special Edition and Riding the Bullet: The Deluxe Special Edition, will be publishing a deluxe signed edition of Blockade Billy, but official details won't be announced until closer to the publication date. Sign-up for the Lonely Road Books mailing list, or follow them on Twitter or Facebook, if you want all of the details when that edition is announced.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't read that far down

Needless to say, more info when it's available.

BTW no one's missing a newsletter I just didn't see the need to clutter anyone's mailbox today for a 1st edition pre-release announcement two days before the regular monthly newsletter comes out.

Thanks for the information. I went and ordered one, with a free baseball card too, can't beat that.
If anyone gets info on the limited edition, please let me know so I don't miss out on it.

I'll eventually get the signed limited, but I refuse to pre-order it. It's being published under Cemetary Dance's Lonely Roads imprint, probably so that those lifetime subscribers (I'm not one) to Cemetary Dance's output are by-passed and have to purchase this title. Who knows just when this s/l will be published?

I thought the same thing. I ordered the trade edition and then read the rest of the email. I said, "Cool. Another limited..." And then reality set back in when I remembered it was a limited from CD. Oh well.

Looks like the first printing is selling out fast. At least that's what the CD e-mail says. I just got on their mailing list so have no idea of their veracity. They say a 2nd printing will be done.

Obviously a CD newbie.

Don't believe ANYTHING CD says. EVER!

From what I've read about CD, I don't believe anything they say.
But in all fairness, the few Richard Matheson books I bought from them went without a hitch, and I remember calling them when FROM A BUICK 8 came out, trying to get a limited edition. I was told it was sold out and opted for the gift edition instead, which I received with no problem. Maybe they have slacked off a bit since then.
