- The Limited Whitney Edition is bound in stainless steel with a digital clock placed on the front cover, signed by Stephen King and Barbara Kruger; and at an initial sale price of $2,200 back in 1988 it's a good thing that only 280 copies were made because probably not many more people could afford them! Even though only 150 copies were offered for general sale should you find any copies on the secondary market you can expect to pay a bit, but, unlike most limited King works, this one did not really go up in value at all. $1,900-$2,600 (est)
- The much more affordable trade edition published by Alfred A. Knopf was published in October of 1988 and sold for $50. Measuring 9.25x13.5 inches, this edition included a matching slipcase.Ofen there is wear to the slipcase, so items in pristine condition can command higher then average premium. $80-$175
Values for My Pretty Pony last updated - May 2022
The length of 68 pages applies to both the Knopf and the Whitney editions.
