I can find almost nothing concrete in my usual reference sources about why the version exported to the UK is changed to Bantam Press. The little I know about these things in general leads me to belive that Bantam had the rights to the UK market, and worked out an agreement with Donald M. Grant to do the actual printing of the book with this slight variation to the spine and title page. If anyone has more in-depth information around the details please feel free to email me and i'll update the page.
