Original price was $250. A much smaller print run than some of the Dark Tower books, but less popular as well. $700 - $850
  
  
• The gift edition of 1,750 copies is unsigned, issued with a slipcase. The gift edition has become difficult to find, and is going for well over double the original issue price of $75. $375 - $500
