Originally scheduled for release on September 21st; the release of the limited edition was delayed untill October due to Grant not receiving slipcases for this book in time. • An artist edition, of 5,000 copies released by Donald M. Grant and signed by Michael Whelan. This copy features Smyth sewn binding which is of higher quality than the regular trade edition. In an effort to relieve the boredom of signing his signature five thousand times, he made some small sketches on some of them. Unfortunately Whelan didn't keep track but he guesses anywhere from 100 - 500 have some additional sketch by him. Issue price was $50.00 .Current Price $100 - $150
