This book was made by a very small publishing house who had never done any Stephen King books and the project was not known about ahead of time by most in the SK community. This book also required pre-payment by check or paypal. As such, there was some initial confusion as to the authenticity of this project. For many people, by the time they found out about the book AND determined that this was a legitimate offer, the book was already sold out.

Quick reference:
- 600 unsigned copies, not numbered
- 300 limited edition copies numbered 1-300 in black
- 80 limited edition copies numbered 1-80 in red
- 15 deluxe leather copies numbered I-XV in black
- 10 deluxe leather copies numbered I-X in red
